Staff were great, helped us with our luggage. Air conditioning was very effective and our room was very clean.

Room was clean and very spacious with sufficient space for two people - armchairs, luggage storage and coffee table. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and coffee machine much appreciated as well as extra touches like biscuits and chocolate. Large openable window for fresh air and an efficient air con for cooling. Extra points for the resident cat at reception!

Great location. Crystal on reception was lovely & extremely helpful. Room smelt lovely as soon as we walked in. Lots of complimentary goodies in the room eg coffee pod, milk, cookies etc.

This hotel is great value for money with some nice touches. The phone charger ports by the bed are great. The room is very very clean, and the chocolates on the bed upon arrival a nice touch. It is really obvious the owners take pride in their hotel with the improvements they have made.

My room was very quiet from traffic noise. Many extras like biscuits, coffee machine, bottled water, even earplugs. Was asked if I wished to park my bike undercover.

We had a great multiple night stay at the Matador, it was our first stay at a motel, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was large enough, we were traveling with a toddler and baby. The location is central, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean, but the stand out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Would definitely recommend.

Welcoming and accomodating staff. The room has been renovated and it's got a nice finish and modern feel. The addition of smart TV, USB B and USB C next to the bed shows the care it's been put into the reno. I love love the wood floor and no carpet! Great bathroom amenities

Very very clean room! It had everything and more than what I needed in the room. Honestly did not expect all the little details (for example little electric stove). Even earplugs for the noise of the road. Was a female solo traveler and felt safe in this motel.

The owner met us when we arrived and was extremely helpful and kind, even taking us to the room to explain everything. Great comfortable bed and the room was spacious and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The loction is easy to find just one turn off the highway and there is a hotel with an excellent restaurant a 5 min walk away.
